Guiding Water is a fresh, aquatic floral with a peppery twist, released by the French house The Harmonist in 2016. It is worn by anyone.
Sea water, aquatic and ozonic notes give it a cool, airy, slightly salty opening, like the smell of air near the coast. Watermelon adds a light, juicy sweetness, while pepper and white pepper bring a dry, lively heat that stops the freshness from feeling bland. The heart is made of water-loving flowers: lotus, lily, cyclamen and jasmine, clean and dewy rather than heady. White musk and musk form the base, giving a soft, skin-like warmth that lasts after the aquatic notes have faded.
It is a warm-weather scent, suited to summer days and casual or sporty wear. Anyone who likes aquatic freshness with a floral and peppery character should find it an easy wear.
