Mandarin orange gives the opening a soft, sweet citrus, and artemisia adds a bitter, herbal greenness that keeps it from being too pretty. Bulgarian rose is the heart, rich and slightly jammy, with osmanthus beside it adding an apricot and suede softness. Poplar buds bring a sticky, balsamic, honey-like resin, and rum deepens it with a warm booziness. The base is labdanum and patchouli, the first ambery and resinous, the second earthy and dry.
Longevity and sillage have not yet been reported by wearers. The combination of rose, resin and rum suits cooler weather and the evening, for someone who likes rose with depth and a hint of bitterness.
