Saffron and cloves set a warm, rich tone from the start, with cumin adding a dry, slightly savoury edge. Rose and jasmine form a dense, rich floral heart, softened by a touch of praline sweetness. The base is deep and smoky: agarwood, or oud, brings a dark, resinous wood, frankincense a clean smoke, and leather and patchouli an earthy, animalic warmth.
Worn by anyone, Serenity is an opulent, evening-leaning scent best suited to autumn and winter and to special occasions. It suits someone who enjoys spiced rose and oud compositions and wants something rich and enveloping rather than fresh.
