The notes come as a single list. Verbena and lemon verbena give a sharp, lemony, herbal opening that is unusual for a leather. Raspberry adds a touch of tart fruit. Cinnamon and pimento leaf bring warm, slightly clove-like spice, and lavender and geranium add an aromatic, rosy-green freshness. The base is built on leather, supple and slightly smoky, with olibanum (frankincense) and frankincense adding a dry, resinous, incense-like depth and patchouli an earthy foundation.
It is worn by anyone. The bright verbena keeps it wearable during the day, while the leather and incense suit cooler weather and the evening, and it is likely to appeal to anyone who wants a leather that feels lifted rather than heavy.
