Red berries and caramel give the opening a juicy, sugary sweetness, bright at first and then soft and buttery. Bulgarian rose, jasmine and peony form the heart, the rose rich and slightly jammy, the peony fresh and dewy, the jasmine creamy. Incense adds a thin, dry smoke through the middle that stops it from becoming purely sweet. Vanilla and amber warm the base, and white musk with musk gives a soft, clean, skin-like finish.
Love's Divine suits spring and autumn and works for both day and evening. It will appeal to someone who likes fruity-rose scents with a soft, slightly smoky drydown.
