Platinum 22 by Floris, released in 2022 and composed by Leslie Gauthier, is a green scent with spice and sweetness, made for anyone to wear. Everyone describes it as green, about half as spicy, sweet and floral, and a quarter notice wood or amber.
Lime and blackcurrant open it, tart and bright, with black pepper adding a dry heat. Violet leaf and clary sage bring the green side, the leaf crisp and slightly metallic, the sage herbal and dry. Black tea and tea sit in the middle with a tannic, smoky freshness, alongside iris for cool powder and rose for a soft floral warmth. Cedar and tonka bean form the base, dry wood and a hay-like sweetness, with amber and musk rounding it off.
