No1 Masculine is a parfum by Clive Christian, released in 2001. It is a rich, layered masculine scent that moves from spiced citrus through a floral heart to a warm, creamy base.
The opening is lively and unusual: lime, mandarin orange and grapefruit give a bright citrus lift, while cardamom, nutmeg, caraway and paprika add a warm, dry spice, and artemisia a herbal, slightly bitter note. The heart is surprisingly floral, with rose, jasmine, ylang-ylang, lily of the valley, heliotrope and iris giving a soft, powdery, slightly sweet tone. The base is warm and smooth, with vanilla, tonka bean and amber for sweetness, sandalwood for creaminess, and cedar and vetiver for dry, woody depth.
