Twice

Twice by Iceberg, released in 1995, is a bright, slightly sparkling floral in the style of its decade. Everyone describes it as floral; a quarter also find it sweet and woody, and smaller groups notice musk, a fresh edge and citrus.

Aldehydes open it with a fizzy, faintly soapy brightness, alongside bergamot, peach and two fresh white flowers, lily of the valley and freesia, so the start is clean and a little fruity. The heart is a full, pretty bouquet: rose, jasmine and gardenia for richness, cyclamen and violet for a cool, dewy softness, orchid for a creamy sweetness and orris root for powder. The base is warm and simple, with honey and amber for sweetness, cedar and sandalwood for a dry wood and musk to hold it to the skin.
