Anna is a sweet, fruity floral with a notable woody side and a soft musky finish. It comes from the Italian house Blumarine, released in 2014, and was composed by Maurice Roucel and Alexandra Carlin.
The opening is fruit: apple and peach, with a general fruity accord, give a juicy, slightly crisp sweetness. The heart is a classic feminine bouquet of rose, peony, magnolia and jasmine, soft and fresh rather than heavy. The base is where the woody side appears, with cashmere wood and sandalwood giving a smooth, warm dryness, and vanilla and musk adding the sweetness and the skin-like finish.
